Our shared values are the glue that binds us together. We depend on one another so it is important there is alignment between individual and corporate goals. For example, a third of our workforce are shareholders in the company.
Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. We share relevant information with members of our team at all levels to ensure we all know what needs to be done and how we fit in. Teams and their members are held accountable, to take responsibility for their actions and learn from their mistakes. We use key performance indicators and a balanced scorecard approach for performance management at individual and team levels.
Trust is a key value because we put ourselves in a position of vulnerability on a daily basis, and it is important to be confident we won’t be let down by our colleagues in the delivery of client outcomes. Courtesy is an important value. Respect and civility lift people up, reduce stress and improve motivation, and ultimately performance.
