PK Group is a holding company of PK Financial Planning LLP (including PK Employee Benefits, a trading name of PKFP), PK Partners LLP, and PK Wealth Ltd. All of the aforementioned companies are trading entities.

For members of Employee Benefit schemes we act as independent data controllers alongside your employer to whom we are providing services, and work with your employer to meet our respective data protection obligations. In this instance we are processing your data on the legal basis of legitimate interests to enable us to perform our contractual obligations to your employer, and to provide you the benefits to which you may be entitled.
The use of your data could include, but is not limited to, verifying your identity, providing you with products and services, managing your accounts and tax affairs or any contractual relationship with you, or administering surveys. We will also use it to help improve and keep you up to date with products and services we can provide to you. We may use data collected through Cookies to improve the user experience of the PK Group website through statistical analysis.
