PK Group, the London-based financial services company, is further growing its team. To meet increasing demand for its corporate finance services, it has recruited respected corporate finance professional Nick Green.

London, UK (PRWEB) June 5, 2006 -- PK Group is proud to announce that Nick Green has joined its corporate finance team to ensure that clients can continue to get the breadth, and quality, of advice they expect.

Nick, who will head the corporate finance team at PK Group, has raised funds ranging from £100,000 to £300m for businesses in sectors including manufacturing, advertising, telecommunications, media and healthcare. He will assist PK Group’s clients with a range of services including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business disposals and exit strategies.

Nick, a chartered accountant, worked at Ernst & Young for the early years of his career before specialising in corporate finance. Previously a board member of corporate finance boutiques in the UK, Belgium and Singapore, Nick is also a corporate finance consultant to the UK200 Group and lectures on corporate finance for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Mercia Group.
